Mean Green Smoothie

Blending up another smoothie creation.

Here is the recipe:
 - 1 banana
 - 1/2 avacado
 - 3 pieces of kale, stems removed
 - 2/3 cup vanilla banana yogurt
 - 1/3 cup milk
 - 2 Tbsp Sugar
 - 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
 - 2 cups ice

Simply throw all ingredients into the Blender and blend away for 4-5 minutes. Yummmmm!!

***Note: You can substitute regular or vanilla yogurt for the Vanilla Banana Yogurt, almond or rice milk for the regular milk,  and  a natural sweetener such as honey or stevia for the sugar.

Just depends on what you have on hand. Have fun with it!!!
